Located at 6100 N Milwaukee Ave on Chicago’s northwest side, we provide English-language childcare with Polish and Ukrainian language support that goes beyond supervision – combining a gifted curriculum, certified Brain Gym sessions, weekly music classes, experiential learning, and genuine care in a safe, stimulating environment. We also accept families participating in the Illinois Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP).

Our Childcare Programs

Every child develops at their own pace, and our early childhood center in Chicago offers age-appropriate programs designed to meet children where they are. From first-time daycare learners to kindergartners preparing for gifted programs, we provide a structured yet joyful experience at every stage.

Daycare (Ages 2-3)

Our daycare program provides a warm, nurturing introduction to group learning for the youngest children. Experienced caregivers guide toddlers through structured play, early language development, and social interaction in a safe and homelike environment. Children build confidence, routine, and early communication skills through songs, stories, and hands-on activities – all in a supportive environment with English as the primary language of instruction and additional Polish and Ukrainian language exposure.

Preschool (Ages 3-4)

Our preschool program builds on that foundation with a gifted curriculum covering literacy, math, science, social studies, and art. Children engage in hands-on, experiential learning through enrichment classes in music with a qualified music teacher, dance, and Brain Gym sessions led by our certified founder. Small class sizes ensure every child receives individualized attention from our ECE-certified, First Aid and CPR certified educators. We offer structured Polish language classes every Friday and Ukrainian language activities with Ukrainian-speaking teachers.

Kindergarten (Ages 5-6)

Our kindergarten program is designed to prepare children for acceptance into gifted programs at local schools – and an overwhelming majority of our graduates achieve exactly that. The curriculum focuses on academic readiness, social-emotional growth, and collaborative learning. From foundational literacy and numeracy to critical thinking and problem-solving, our approach gives every child the skills and confidence they need to thrive in elementary school and beyond.

What Makes Our Early Childhood Center Different

Families across Norwood Park, Edison Park, Gladstone Park, and Niles choose Fantasy Island Schools for Kids because we offer something most childcare providers do not:

Polish & Ukrainian Language Support – English is the primary language of instruction, preparing children for American schools. Most of our teachers speak Polish, with structured Polish language classes every Friday. Ukrainian-speaking teachers provide language activities for Ukrainian-speaking children, helping them maintain and develop their native language.

Gifted Curriculum – Our activity-focused, experiential curriculum is designed to incubate future leaders across the arts, sciences, and mathematics. This is not a standard daycare program – it is an education that prepares children for advanced academic placement.

Brain Gym & Music Enrichment – Certified Brain Gym sessions led by our founder twice a week help children develop focus, coordination, balance, and learning readiness through purposeful movement exercises. Weekly music classes with a qualified music teacher support cognitive development, creativity, and self-expression. Both programs are included in tuition.

Three Meals Daily, Included – We cook three nutritious, locally sourced meals on-site every single day, included in tuition at no additional cost. Parents never have to worry about packing lunches or snacks.

Small Class Sizes – Individualized attention is not a marketing phrase for us. Our low student-to-teacher ratios mean every child is seen, heard, and supported throughout the day.

Spacious Facility – Our campus features dedicated indoor classrooms for each age group, multi-sensory learning areas, and a large outdoor playground where children run, climb, and explore safely.

CCAP Accepted – We accept families participating in the Illinois Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), including families receiving assistance through Illinois Action for Children. All families receive full access to our gifted curriculum, meals, and enrichment programs.
